Here is the recipe, found on NewsMix:
You will need 2 cups of boiling water, 1 pkg (6oz) of jell-o blue flavor gelatin, 2 cups of cold water, some whipped cream for the topping, 1 cup of fresh halved strawberries.
Add the boiling water to the gelatin in a large bowl and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Put into 10 dessert glasses. Store in the refrigerator until firm (or for 4 hours), then top with whipped cream and strawberries… You have a great holiday dessert for your guests!
